Weight gain supplement(BCAA) Supplements as such are greatly refused and not accepted by normal people now days, they often assume most of them are harmful to your health. It's not true BCAA or Branched Chain Amino Acids for example are amino acids that your body doesn't have, but requires them. Thats why they are called required amino acids because our body can not produce them. BCAA consists of three essential amino acids that help in better absorption of proteins. They are also used to improve your diet and are very helpful as a dietary supplement since together with proteins can help you in building muscle. It may also help in the improvement of mental functions in some exercises that lead to the lowering of brain activity. BCAAs may assist in recovery from kidney failure. So to conclude BCAA is helpful as a health and dietary supplement.
